At the 16th 4-Party Mechanism Joint Meeting held in Xiamen on 5 January 2024, the Foreign Affairs Office of Xiamen, as well as the Philippine, Singapore and Thai Consulates General in Xiamen shared their year 2023 accomplishments as well as their 2024 plans.

All parties have agreed to strengthen collaboration and cooperation on their activities in Fujian Province, especially in Xiamen.

Leading their respective ‘parties’ were Consul General Maria Antonina M. Mendoza-Oblena for the Philippines, Consul General Chng Tze Chia for Singapore, Deputy Consul General Nilobol Pimdee for Thailand, and DG Zhang Quan for Xiamen FAO.
