Consul General Maria Antonina M. Mendoza-Oblena led officials of the Philippine Consulate General in Xiamen in joining the 2022 Briefing for Foreign Consular Missions in Xiamen on 14 January 2022.

Held annually at the beginning of each year, the Briefing, organized by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Xiamen Municipal Government, was also attended by officials of the Singapore Consulate General in Xiamen and the Royal Thai Consulate General in Xiamen. Xiamen’s Vice Mayor Liao Huasheng led the Briefing.

The Briefing is an opportunity for Xiamen FAO and the three Consulates General to discuss their achievements for the past year and the plans for the incoming year.
